Project Management
For any project to succeed the management process is absolutely vital, this is where J. Exley Ltd’s experience really comes into its own. We can manage the whole project through each stage from initial concept to completion so offering our clients a ‘turnkey’ solution to their project management requirements. Each project will have a dedicated management team allocated to it, whose first job will be to understand exactly what our clients require and make sure these goals are met. This same team will then work with you throughout your project to make sure that there is consistent control and management to completiont.

Our meticulous attention to detail and time spent creating an effective and safe schedule of work makes the difference between success and failure on complex projects. Using state-of-the-art computerised planning techniques means we can ensure that resources are maximised and lead times are minimised, thereby reducing the overall project costs. Throughout the project we make sure that there are regular management and operational briefings to agree on work schedules, method statements and safe working practises to ensure that your project remains on track and within budget.
Health and Safety is of course paramount in any project and to this end our team will carry out a full risk assessment survey, provide method statements and develop safe systems of work to protect both your employees and ours, as well as members of the public and other contractors. We can also act as the Principal Contractor and/or Planning Coordinator where CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations apply.
Our hands-on approach to project management and insistence on keeping communications open at every level ensures that work schedules are achieved and budgets adhered to.
